PeachyBind (“we”, “us”) is a photocard collection app. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your choices. Contact: astrylvyan@gmail.com.
We use this data to provide the app (auth, sync, recognition, marketplace moderation), keep the service secure (App Check, ban enforcement), improve matching quality, and show ads when configured. We do not sell your personal information.
We use Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions, App Check) and, when enabled, Google AdMob. Data is processed under their terms. Public showcase profiles and binder share links only expose what you choose to make public.
You can delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete Account, or request deletion without the app via our Delete account page (email support). Deletion removes your Firebase Auth user, collector profile, binders, Storage uploads, Peaches ledger history, entitlements, and marketplace contact details within a reasonable processing window (in-app usually minutes; email requests within 30 days of verification). Marketplace listing rows may remain anonymized without contact details. Community catalog submissions you contributed for others may remain. Limited moderation/fraud records may be retained as needed to protect the community.
Camera and photo library access are used only to capture or select photocard / profile images. We do not request contacts or precise location.
PeachyBind is intended for a general audience of collectors, including teens, and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 created an account, contact us so we can delete it.
We may update this policy. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
