PeachyBind helps collectors organize photocards, share binders, discover cards, and list items for collector-to-collector interest. Features may change, and some (ads, shop, recognition) may be limited during beta.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
You retain rights to photos and text you upload. You grant us a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to run PeachyBind (including moderation, catalogue reference display, and public showcase when you enable it). Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content. You should only submit catalogue photos you are allowed to use for this collector-reference purpose.
Catalogue photocard images (including photos taken with a device camera of a physical card) are treated as collector reference art for identifying a catalogue entry. Hosting a reference photo does not mean PeachyBind claims ownership of the underlying idol photograph, label artwork, or related IP. We may remove or replace a catalogue image without deleting the catalogue card entry.
Listings are user-generated. PeachyBind does not process payments for creator / fan listings and is not a party to trades. Use in-app interest only — do not post personal contact details on listings. Fan-made items are not official merchandise unless clearly stated by the seller.
Peaches and cosmetics are in-app points / items with no cash value and no right to redeem for real money. They may be adjusted or revoked for abuse, errors, or policy violations.
Follow the Community Guidelines. No scams, harassment, impersonation, scraping, reverse engineering of recognition models for competing services, or attempts to bypass App Check / security controls.
Idol / label trademarks and artwork remain with their owners. PeachyBind is an independent fan tool and is not affiliated with entertainment companies unless explicitly stated.
If you believe a catalogue image infringes your rights, email astrylvyan@gmail.com with: (1) who you are and your role (rights holder or authorised agent), (2) the card or image URL/ID, (3) what right you assert, and (4) a contact method. We do not treat anonymous or unsupported third-party ownership claims as automatic takedowns. We review notices from the rights holder or an authorised representative and may hide or replace the image while keeping the catalogue entry.
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, recognition accuracy, or successful trades. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD $50.
You may delete your account anytime in Settings, or request deletion without the app via our Delete account page. We may terminate access for Terms violations. Surviving sections include IP, disclaimers, and liability limits.
